No Direct/Indirect Offers Of Work To Our Instructors
You are not to approach any of our instructors directly/indirectly for work for any reason. Any requests should be directed directly to J & D Training Ltd.
Course Times & Dates
We reserve the right to reschedule any course as required to suit the business requirements.
Failed Tests
We do not have many who fail but on the occasion if you where to fail and you don’t fail by much due to example nerves on the test we will if the instructor agrees usually allow a re test on the day. If however you fail with a high score or get too many 5 point deductions then you will need to pay £10 per session to come back on a morning for some additional training and then be re tested or the full price if your instructor advises you need another days training. Alternatively we do offer a Fail Safe Protection service which will allow you to come back as many times as required until you pass the course for an additional £10+vat. This option is only available if taken at the time of booking the course. It cannot be taken once the course has started. More details can be found here.
Payments
Payments for all training is expected in full no later than 7 days before training takes place. If payment is not received by the first days training then a new invoice will be issued every 7 days with a late payment charge of 10% on the last invoice issued or the training may be cancelled.
So for example if your invoice is for £100 then a 10% late payment charge would make the invoice £110 after 7 days. After 14 days another invoice would be issued for £110 plus again 10% making the new invoice £121 and so on. After 4 weeks the debt is passed on to our debt collections team at www.debtcollect.co.uk who will arrange to come and collect the payment on our behalf. If you have any issues with payment please contact us as soon as possible.
Card payments will be charged at an additional 1.9% of the value of the invoice.
Cancellations or Rescheduled Bookings
Cancellation of any course for any reason will incur a 50% charge of the total course price. If the cancellation is within 7 working days of the start date no refund will be given. Failure to attend your course without notification will result in the final payment being charged to your card.
Deposits
J & D Training Ltd will require a deposit for any training courses booked from private customers. Deposits are not refundable.
Price Promise
J & D Training Ltd will match any online advertised price for the services we offer from a competitor. You can submit a price match request HERE. NOTE: we reserve the right to refuse any price match request.
Fast Track Service
With the fast track service your details will be entered on to either RTITB or ITSSAR national database no later than the next working day and your certificate will be available to be collected or posted usually within 1/2 working days. However on occation this can take longer if there a queries regarding the course from either RTITB or ITSSAR. We are unable to produce the certification until RTITB or ITSSAR autherise us to do so with your national database registration details. Alternatively if you do not select the fast track option your certification will be posted out to you 1 month after your test date.
